The Fitness School is pleased to invite you to attend “Yoga with Robyn”, led by Coach Robyn, the Director of Flow. Join us for a dynamic, breath-driven Vinyasa practice designed to build heat, challenge your body, and center your mind. Set to uplifting music, this powerful flow links movement and breath to boost stamina, strength, and flexibility—on and off the mat.
Complimentary Starbucks Coffee will be available after class!
Space is limited; early registration is recommended. Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle.
