After School Fitness Enrichment - Summitt

2018 - 2022 AISD Partner of The Year, The Fitness School, and their After-School Fitness Enrichment Program is back for its 3RD year at Summitt Elementary and our 7th year overall! Designed for students from 2nd - 8th grade, our easy-to-learn fitness programs and curriculum, fun games, and group activities ensure that our #FitKids are having a great time and getting the exercise they need to stay healthy! Our program is appropriate for kids of any fitness level! Just make sure your FitKid has a SNACK and a full, 40oz bottle of water every day!

The Fitness School: After-School Enrichment
FitKid’s between 2nd and 8th grades will focus on the building blocks of fitness, and will also include:
- Goal setting
- Accountability
- Flexibility
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Balance
- Strength Training

WHO: Students from 2rd – 8th Grade
DAYS: Monday/Wednesday/Friday
WHERE: The Fitness School “FitPod” at Summitt Elementary - 12207 Brigadoon Ln, Austin, TX 78727
HILL AFTER-SCHOOL PICK-UP TIME: Cafeteria - 3pm
SUMMITT PICKUP: Front Office – 3pm
PARENT PICK-UP: 5:30pm

Restrictions

Participants must currently be in grades 2 to 8.
